Approval Process

Pre-Qualification
Initial conversation with Qualification Specialist (QS), confirming development criteria.

Completed Application Returned
Application completed, background check and financial review processes begins.

Application Review
Qualification Specialist completes financial review of application and background check. Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC) and Decision Making Checklist mailed to candidate. (Acknowledgement of Receipt page must be returned before proceeding to next step).

UFOC Review
Franchise Recruiter (FR) reviews application package, initiates initial conversation with candidate to discuss UFOC and Decision Making Check list, and schedules interview.

Interview
Face to face meeting between FR and candidate. Candidate obtains a greater understanding of the Pizza Inn franchise philosophy and Pizza Inn obtains a greater understanding of candidate's overall goals.

Observation
Candidate visits operating restaurant with Pizza Inn Business Consultant providing the candidate an opportunity to observe operating system.

Development Package Complete
Candidate completes Business Plan and provides any and all materials/information required to accurately assess his/her candidacy.

Executive Review
Candidate's development package reviewed by Pizza Inn's executive team for approval.

Orientation
Candidate is invited to orientation for: Signing of the franchise agreement, payment of franchisee fee, discussion of pre-opening timeline, and preparation for initial training.
