We have just announced a NEW Franchise Development Incentive Program for new and existing U.S. franchisees that is designed to ease start-up costs for new franchise locations during the first two years of the restaurant’s operation. The 3 benefits of the franchise incentive program include 2% royalty for the first full year of operation and 2% royalty for the second full year of operation. The royalty for the remainder of the franchise agreement is only 4% of gross sales*. IN ADDITION, we are reducing the initial franchise fee by 50% from $25,000 to $12,500.
To qualify for the incentive program, signed contracts and new unit fees must be received by March 31, 2010 and the domestic buffet restaurant must open within one year of the signed contract date. - One of the country’s very first pizza buffets, nobody serves up taste, quality and value like Pizza Inn. Our restaurants are known for their family–style atmosphere and warm hospitality. Usually free–standing buildings or end caps in retail centers, the Buffet concept features a “back–fed” buffet bar with some locations also offering party and game room facilities.

Delivery/Carryout (Delco)
- Generally located in retail centers, our Delco concept is perfect for customers on–the–go! While it carries a full menu, its design caters to the carry–out and delivery demands of today’s busy families. The Delco concept is typically used to penetrate a market area that already features a Buffet restaurant.

Non-Traditional
- Pizza Inn Express is perfect for non–traditional venues. Express locations can be found in places like convenience stores, airports, arenas, food courts and college campuses. Pizza Inn Express offers a limited menu geared towards individual occasions and carry-out products.
