Charles R. Morrison was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Pizza Inn, Inc. in December 2007. Mr. Morrison previously served as Interim CEO and Chief Financial Officer since August 2007. Mr. Morrison joined Pizza Inn as Chief Financial Officer in January 2007. Prior to joining Pizza Inn, Mr. Morrison served as President for Steak and Ale® and The Tavern Restaurants. Mr. Morrison also served as Chief Financial Officer for Steak and Ale® and Ponderosa® Restaurants in 2004. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Finance for Kinko’s, Inc., Director of Strategic Planning for Boston Market® and Director of Strategic Planning for Pizza Hut®. Mr. Morrison serves on the Board of Directors for the North Texas Food Bank.

VP of Finance and Principal Accounting Officer
Effective June 23, 2008, Nancy Ellefson has been appointed Vice President of Finance and Principal Accounting Officer of Pizza Inn, Inc. Since January 2005, Ms. Ellefson has worked as a consultant for Apex Restaurant Group and Preferred Restaurant Services. Ms. Ellefson served from December 1999 to December 2004 as the Corporate Controller and Vice President of Finance for Furr's Restaurant Group, Inc. (a publicly traded company), and Buffet Partners, L.P., and from January 1998 to January 1999 as Controller of Toscorp, Inc.

Vice President of Operations
Mr. Daniel was appointed Vice President of Operations in December 2007. Prior to joining Pizza Inn, Mr. Daniel was Director of Operations for "The Tavern" concept with Metromedia Restaurant Group from August 2001 to September 2007. Prior to that, Mr. Daniel worked as a General Manager and Executive Chef for Macaroni Grill from August 1998 to August 2001.

Vice President of Development
Madison Jobe was appointed Vice President of Development in February 2009. Prior to joining Pizza Inn, Mr. Jobe was Vice President of Franchise Development for Stockade Companies, LLC from May 2004 to February 2009 developing the Sirloin Stockade and Montana Mike's Steakhouse brands. From 2001 to May 2004 Mr. Jobe was Vice President of Franchise Development for Ruby's Diner, Inc. Prior to that he has served as Chief Operating Officer for Shakey's Pizza, Vice President of Red Robin Restaurants and held senior positions in franchise development and operations for Fuddrucker's. Mr. Jobe has over 30 years experience in the industry, on both the franchisor and franchisee sides of the business.
