Charles R. Morrison was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Pizza Inn, Inc. in December 2007. Mr. Morrison previously served as Interim CEO and Chief Financial Officer since August 2007. Mr. Morrison joined Pizza Inn as Chief Financial Officer in January 2007. Prior to joining Pizza Inn, Mr. Morrison served as President for Steak and Ale® and The Tavern Restaurants. Mr. Morrison also served as Chief Financial Officer for Steak and Ale® and Ponderosa® Restaurants in 2004. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Finance for Kinko’s, Inc., Director of Strategic Planning for Boston Market® and Director of Strategic Planning for Pizza Hut®. Mr. Morrison serves on the Board of Directors for the North Texas Food Bank.

Senior Vice President of Worldwide Franchising

Ward Olgreen was appointed Senior Vice President of Franchise Operations and Concept Development in December 2002. He was appointed Vice President of Concept Development in February 1999 and Senior Vice President of Concept Development in July 2000. He joined the Company in September 1991 and served in a variety of operational positions until his appointment in January 1995 as Vice President of International Operations and Brand R&D.

Danny Meisenheimer was appointed Vice President of Brand Management in January 2006. Previously, Mr. Meisenheimer was Vice President of Marketing after joining the Company in December 2002. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Meisenheimer served as Vice President of Marketing for Furr’s Restaurant Group, Inc. beginning in 1995. Mr. Meisenheimer joined the Marketing Department of Furr’s in 1991.

Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer

Mr. Bland was appointed Vice President, Controller and Principal Accounting Officer in January 2008.  He has served as the Controller for Pizza Inn since 2007.  Prior to joining Pizza Inn, Mr. Bland was with Metromedia Restaurant Group from 2005 until February 2007, where he served as Vice President and Controller and previously also served as Director of Financial Reporting.  Prior to that, he served as Controller of a private real estate development group.

Mr. Daniel was appointed Vice President of Operations in December 2007.  Prior to joining Pizza Inn, Mr. Daniel was Director of Operations for "The Tavern" concept with Metromedia Restaurant Group from August 2001 to September 2007. Prior to that, Mr. Daniel worked as a General Manager and Executive Chef for Macaroni Grill from August 1998 to August 2001.
