Administrative Assistant
Pizza Inn, Inc. has an immediate opening for a motivated, team player to join our Marketing Team as an Administrative Assistant at our corporate offices in The Colony, TX.
Position responsibilities include general administrative support to Marketing Services team reporting to the Director of Brand Management; responsible for providing support with art requests and new unit openings, coordinating costume/inflatable rental schedule, managing radio/television dub requests, compiling bulk mailings, maintaining spreadsheets for POP kits, preparing Power Point presentations, facilitating meetings and travel arrangements and managing the contact database.
Ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Power Point, Word, Excel and Outlook
* 1-3 years administrative/clerical experience; print production and marketing experience helpful
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Must be organized, flexible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Good proofreading and time management skills
* A positive attitude and team player
* Self-starter with solid work ethic and a professional demeanor

Part Time Local Store Marketing Coordinator
Pizza Inn, Inc. is looking for a bright, self-motivated, outgoing individual to help us with local store marketing for our corporate location in west Plano, TX. The position will involve creating positive relationships with local businesses, schools, and churches to increase catering sales and market current promotions.
Requirements:
- Experience in Marketing or Public Relations
- Outgoing and assertive individual
- Must be organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must have reliable transportation
- 20 hours per week
Pay is $10.00 per hour plus commission and training from a corporate marketing representative.
